Today, I focus 99% of my efforts on Plaintiff’s Personal Injury. This means if you were injured due to the negligence of somebody else, I am there for you! As I like to say, when you’re working with me and Tim, “you’re in [better] hands.” The 1% of my cases are dedicated to pro-bono criminal defense matters.

Some of my recent pro-bono matters included: the expungement of multiple criminal records (paper and oral arguments), as well as having evidence that was unlawfully obtain by police officers successfully dismissed either through paper motion or suppression hearings.

Prior to passing the bar, I worked as a Certified Legal Intern at the San Diego Office of The Public Defender. I practiced criminal defense under the supervision of experienced defenders who specialize in adult felony matters.

I worked on all types of cases, including homicide, burglary, larceny, drug, domestic violence, and DUI. I have made hundreds of court appearances, arguing bail, negotiating with district attorneys, and assisting with preliminary examinations and trial.
